Terms of Use

Effective Date: October 4, 2026

Welcome to Seller Essentials. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) explain the rules for using SellerEssentials.com and the related pages, tools, directories, newsletters, forms, and services that link to these Terms (together, the “Site”).

The Site is operated by Seller Essentials LLC (“Seller Essentials,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What Seller Essentials Provides

Seller Essentials publishes educational content, reviews, comparisons, guides, product and service information, and resources intended to help ecommerce sellers make informed decisions.

We may also publish directories or profiles of third-party businesses, including prep centers, logistics providers, software companies, suppliers, and related service providers.

Unless we clearly say otherwise, Seller Essentials does not sell, manufacture, store, ship, provide, supervise, or guarantee third-party products or services. We are not a party to any transaction, agreement, dispute, or relationship between you and a third party you find through the Site.

2. Information Only; Not Professional Advice

The Site is for general informational and educational purposes. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, insurance, compliance, or other professional advice.

Your situation may differ from examples or information on the Site. Before making a legal, tax, financial, business, purchasing, compliance, or operational decision, use your own judgment and consider consulting a qualified professional.

You are responsible for deciding whether a product, service, provider, strategy, or other information is right for your business.

3. Affiliate Links, Advertising, and Featured Content

Some links on the Site are affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase or take another qualifying action, Seller Essentials may earn a commission or receive other compensation at no additional cost to you.

We may also receive compensation for advertising, sponsorships, partnerships, or enhanced provider-directory placement. When content, a link, or a provider listing is sponsored, paid, or featured, we will aim to identify that relationship clearly where it matters.

Compensation does not guarantee a favorable review, recommendation, ranking, or inclusion. We retain editorial control over the content we publish, subject to any written agreement that applies to a particular advertiser or provider.

Where Seller Essentials includes an affiliate link, sponsored content, or paid placement, we may use a disclosure such as “Affiliate disclosure,” “Affiliate link,” “Sponsored,” “Advertisement,” “Paid placement,” or “Featured listing,” together with a clear explanation of the relevant relationship. A Featured provider listing means that the provider receives enhanced visibility on the Site and may have paid Seller Essentials for that placement. Featured status is not a guarantee of quality, availability, pricing, legal compliance, or fit for your business.

Third-Party Display Advertising

Some pages of the Site display advertisements served by third-party advertising networks, such as Google AdSense. These ads are selected and delivered automatically by the advertising network, often based on the page you are viewing or your interests, and are not individually chosen, reviewed, or endorsed by Seller Essentials. Ads are labeled or visually separated from our editorial content.

If you click an advertisement, you will be taken to a website we do not control. Seller Essentials is not responsible for the products, services, offers, or claims in third-party advertisements, and the presence of an ad on the Site is not a recommendation. Information about how advertising partners use cookies, and how to opt out of personalized ads, is available in our Privacy Policy.

4. Third-Party Websites, Products, and Services

The Site may link to websites, products, services, offers, and businesses operated by third parties. Those third parties—not Seller Essentials—are responsible for their websites, products, services, pricing, terms, privacy practices, fulfillment, customer support, and business conduct.

A link, listing, profile, review, mention, ranking, advertisement, or Featured placement does not mean Seller Essentials endorses, guarantees, investigates, supervises, or is affiliated with the third party, unless we clearly state otherwise.

If you visit a third-party website, submit information to a provider, purchase a product, hire a service, or enter into an agreement with a third party, you do so at your own discretion and risk. Review that third party’s terms, privacy policy, pricing, and other relevant information before proceeding.

5. Provider Directory

If the Site includes a provider directory, it is a research tool. It is not a recommendation, certification, warranty, or promise of results.

Provider information may be submitted by a provider, collected from public sources, or updated over time. We aim to publish useful information, but we do not promise that directory information is complete, current, accurate, or suitable for your needs.

You are responsible for confirming important information directly with a provider, including:

  • Services offered and geographic coverage
  • Pricing, fees, minimum requirements, and contract terms
  • Capacity, availability, and onboarding requirements
  • Licenses, insurance, compliance, and qualifications
  • Data-security practices and confidentiality terms
  • Service quality, references, and fit for your business

A provider’s Featured placement means that it receives enhanced visibility on the Site. It does not mean that Seller Essentials guarantees the provider’s quality, reliability, pricing, availability, legal compliance, or suitability.

If Seller Essentials uses a Verified label, that label means only what Seller Essentials specifically describes for it at that time. It is not a comprehensive certification, endorsement, or guarantee.

We may add, edit, reorder, suspend, or remove directory listings at any time, including if information appears inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, outdated, unlawful, or inconsistent with our publishing standards.

6. Acceptable Use

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and internal business-research purposes.

You may not:

  • Use the Site in violation of a law or another person’s rights.
  • Copy, republish, sell, rent, license, or commercially exploit substantial portions of the Site without our written permission.
  • Scrape, crawl, harvest, index, or collect Site content, provider information, email addresses, or other information using bots, scripts, automated tools, or similar methods, except where permitted by applicable law and our robots.txt instructions.
  • Use Site content or provider information to build, train, populate, or improve a competing directory, database, product, service, or artificial-intelligence system without our written permission.
  • Interfere with the Site’s security, performance, availability, or normal operation.
  • Attempt to bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, introduce harmful code, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems.
  • Impersonate another person or business, submit false information, or misrepresent your relationship with Seller Essentials or a listed provider.
  • Use the Site to send spam, solicitations, defamatory material, unlawful content, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
  • Click on advertisements for any purpose other than genuine interest, use bots or other automated means to generate ad impressions or clicks, or encourage others to do so.

We may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict access if we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to protect the Site, our users, providers, or rights.

7. Intellectual Property

Seller Essentials and its licensors own the Site and its content, including articles, text, graphics, logos, design, organization, databases, directory compilations, photographs, videos, trademarks, and other materials, unless we state otherwise.

You may view, download, and print reasonable portions of the Site for your personal or internal business use. You may not remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

You may link to publicly available pages on the Site in a fair and lawful manner, as long as the link does not suggest Seller Essentials endorses you, your business, or your content without our written permission.

Third-party names, logos, trademarks, and materials belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the Site does not give you any ownership rights.

8. Feedback, Corrections, and Submissions

We welcome factual correction requests, feedback, and provider information. If you send us a message, correction request, testimonial, review, logo, photograph, profile information, or other material (“Submission”), you represent that you have the right to send it to us.

You keep ownership of your Submission. However, if you send a Submission for publication or use on the Site, you give Seller Essentials a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit for length and clarity, publish, display, distribute, and promote that Submission in connection with operating and promoting the Site.

Do not send confidential, sensitive, or proprietary information through ordinary Site forms or email unless we have separately agreed in writing to receive it.

If you believe material on the Site is inaccurate, infringes your rights, or should be reviewed, email us at support@selleressentials.com and include enough detail for us to evaluate your request. We do not guarantee that every request will result in a change or removal.

9. Site Availability and Accuracy

We work to keep the Site useful and available, but we do not promise that it will always be complete, current, secure, error-free, or uninterrupted.

Articles, directory information, product details, pricing, links, availability, rankings, and Site features may change without notice. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.

Confirm important information directly with the relevant provider, seller, manufacturer, service company, or other third party before relying on it.

10. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seller Essentials does not make warranties about the Site’s availability, accuracy, security, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Seller Essentials disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, and uninterrupted operation.

We take reasonable steps to help protect the Site. However, no website, network, or online service can be guaranteed completely secure or free from technical issues. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for using appropriate security protections for your devices and systems.

Some states do not allow certain warranty disclaimers. In those states, these disclaimers apply only to the extent permitted by law.

11. Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seller Essentials and its members, managers, employees, contractors, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity; or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any third-party product, service, or website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seller Essentials’ total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms will not exceed the greater of: (a) $100 U.S. dollars; or (b) the amount you paid directly to Seller Essentials for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. Responsibility for Misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Seller Essentials and its members, managers, employees, contractors, agents, and licensors from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.

This section does not require you to indemnify Seller Essentials for claims caused by our own negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law.

13. Privacy and Children

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information, including through cookies and advertising technologies used by third-party partners such as Google. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email us at support@selleressentials.com so we can review and address the issue.

14. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Site at any time.

We may suspend, restrict, or end your access to the Site if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created a security risk, infringed another person’s rights, misused Site content or data, or created legal or operational risk for Seller Essentials.

Sections that should reasonably continue after access ends—including intellectual property, disclaimers, limits on liability, indemnity, governing law, and general terms—will remain in effect.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and change the Effective Date above.

Changes take effect when posted unless we state a later date. If we make a material change, we may provide additional notice through the Site or another reasonable method. Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

17. General Terms

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect.

Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms that expressly apply to a particular feature or service, are the entire agreement between you and Seller Essentials regarding your use of the Site.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or other business transaction.
